Your appointment time is reserved just for you. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
All deposits are nonrefundable and will be forfeited for any cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will require a new deposit to rebook.
Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may need to be rescheduled if there is not enough time to complete your service.
